Transport

From the Pulkovo Airport

By public transport:
Bus 39 directly from the airport to the “Moskovskaya” metro station (blue line), then from the “Moskovskaya” to the “Nevsky prospect” station. From there you can choose to change the line to the green one and go to the “Primorskaya” metro station or use bus 6 or 7 or trolleybus 11 to go to the hotel. If you change the line and go by the metro to the “Primorskaya” station there are buses 7, 100, 151, 128 and 158 to go to the hotel.

By taxi:
Use mobile apps like Uber, Gett Taxi, Yandex Taxi, or call 068, 600-00-00, 700-00-00, 333-00-00, or ask one of the taxi services in the airport.

From the Moskovsky Railway station

“Mayakovskaya” metro station (green line) is right at the Railway station. From there you can go to the “Primorskaya” metro station, and then use buses 7, 100, 151, 128 and 158 to go to the hotel. Bus 7 goes directly from the Moskovsky Railway station to the Park Inn by Radisson Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

From the Finland Railway station

Minibuses K30 and K32 go directly from the Finland Railway station to the Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

Visa support

All foreign participants of the conference are required to obtain Russian visa to enter the country. There are several countries which citizens do not need to get visa: former Republics of the Soviet Union, Serbia, Israel, Egypt, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova and several others.

Simple tourist visa is sufficient for participants of the conference and needs less time to process (5-7 days). To apply for a tourist visa participant will need a hotel voucher and pre-booked tickets.

To book a room and arrange visa support you can contact the hotel directly or use the travel and congress operator "A&A" Business Travel Services Holding.

All hotels offer visa support: while booking the room, it is necessary to note that a person will need not only hotel voucher but also a visa support documents. When a person arrives and checks-in at the hotel, the reception staff will ask to leave the passport for 24-hours to register the person in the Migration Service of Saint Petersburg for the whole period of staying.

With documents from the hotel and tickets the participant can apply for the Russian visa in the Russian Embassy, Russian Consulate or Visa Center (depending on the country and the city).
